He serves as Communications Director and Senior Policy Advisor in the United States House of Representatives, where he has drafted legislation, prepared vote recommendations, supported committee oversight, and coordinated with House leadership and executive branch officials across multiple offices.

He holds a Master of Arts in Defense and Strategic Studies from the United States Naval War College.
